There are many ways by which antifreeze can be recycled. At Fluid Recovery, we use the most advanced method available, vacuum distillation. Vacuum distillation is the only method of antifreeze recycling that can remove 100% of the impurities contained within the waste. The resulting product is a pure 50/50 solution of glycol and distilled water free of all heavy metals, salts, and other impurities that can be found in used antifreeze. With our own environmental responsibility in mind, the energy needed for the distillation process is derived solely from waste energy. The end result is a process that is powered by waste, engineered to turn other waste into a premium, re-refined, recycled product.
